You mention in your first post that your old computer died.

I'm running w7 64bit and im using epsxe 1.7.0 if im missing any information that will help someone else help me in a more efficient manner just let me know what u need to know and i'll let u know. I hope i referenced enough for someone to know what im talkin about lol, i said plenty. Also durring the Red and Purple golem fights when they go in and out of visibility. that too slows the game to a crawl and it wont go back to normal speed until the rippling is finished. Invincible, and the burning house scene when jumping into the past.) As far as pe2 is concerned it would be the scenes listed above and including the final fight with the PE boss it does this crazy attack where it warps time-space im guessing and it makes a ripple effect in mind air.

For sake of info, the issue i had for Chrono Cross was that at the scenes where waving graphics were involved the game would slow to a crawl (i.e., the masamune scene at the pearly gates b4 the sea of eden, the ocean background on the S.S. I'm guessing that due to the similarity in the issues that maybe the fix is the same. about 5 or 6 months ago i had a good configuration for ePSXe that fixed this issue with Chrono Cross, but that laptop is no long with us (R.I.P.) so i lost the configuration settings that i had for it. I remember having a similar issue with Chrono Cross (in which i just switched to the pSX emulator ). 3 or 4 times now, so if theres no real fix (better video configuration settings) for this its fine, i'll just deal with it.įor any of you who have played Parasite Eve 2, you know who No.9 is, well in half the scenes involving him (cut scenes only, it dosen't seem to effect battle mode), EVERY scene with Rupert, and most of the scenes with Kyle all slow down and get kind gittery and choppy, that includes most scenes involving a lot of moving water.
